The network is coordinated by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health and developed in close collaboration with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Healthtech Finland, Business Finland, DigiFinland, and the University of Oulu. Together, these organisations actively contribute to the development of the network, the preparation of offering packages, and the promotion of Finnish digital health expertise in international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the network is to ensure that Finnish digital health expertise is presented globally not as isolated products, but as clear, compelling solution packages. To achieve this, we develop offering packages that describe export-ready solutions ranging from research, education and expert services to software and device-based innovations.
