Negotiation Outcome for Salaried Employees in the Design and Consulting Sector
The Technology Industry Employers of Finland and the Trade Union Pro have reached a negotiation outcome for a new collective agreement for salaried employees in the design and consulting sector. The parties are reviewing the proposal on a fast-track schedule.
The negotiation outcome concerning the wage settlement for salaried employees was reached on Friday in negotiations led by National Conciliator Anu Sajavaara. The details of the agreement will be announced on Saturday, provided that both parties approve the outcome.
Pro has threatened to organize two five-day strikes in the design and consulting sector affecting various companies and workplaces, from 31 March to 4 April and from 7 to 11 April.
If both parties approve the negotiation outcome, the strikes will be canceled.
