Technology Industries of Finland (TIF) is a business and labour market lobbying organization that promotes the competitiveness and business conditions of Finland’s most crucial export industry. A technological industry that constantly adapts lays the foundation for Finnish prosperity.

TIF has 1,800 member businesses. They extensively represent the electronics and electrotechnical industry, mechanical engineering, the metals industry, information technology, and consulting engineering.

Technology Industry Employers of Finland negotiates the sector’s collective agreements at the national level. It collaborates closely with TIF. 
The Technology Industries of Finland Centenary Foundation promotes modernization of the technological industry and future competitiveness.
