In its early years,  AI Finland operates under the umbrella of the Technology Industries of Finland, but the plan is to develop it into an independent entity funded and guided by its members in the future. The initial funding is part of the Technology Industries’ €13.2 million investment in artificial intelligence.

Artificial intelligence offers an unprecedented national opportunity for leaps in productivity and competitiveness. The idea behind the network is that collaboration in mastering rapidly evolving technology improves everyone’s chances of success. The network can provide advice on data collection, showcase AI use cases, and share the latest information, experiences, and expertise.

The network welcomes both service providers and those utilizing artificial intelligence. The aim is to broadly collaborate with Business Finland and research entities and to initiate joint projects.
