Regional Activities and Services for Member Companies
The Technology Industries of Finland regional team serves member companies through seven regional offices across Finland and helps them find the services that best meet their needs. TIF’s regional company cooperation is led by 13 regional management teams.

The Regional Offices
- provide guidance and advice to member companies on employment-related matters
- organize company-specific and open training courses on employment issues
- organize regional events on current topics
- are responsible for regional member communications
- are responsible for promoting the attractiveness of the technology sector through local outreach and cooperation with educational institutions.
- maintain close relationships with local decision-makers, educational institutions, the media, and other stakeholders to improve the business environment and operating conditions for technology companies in their regions
Regional advocacy and business collaboration are carried out under the leadership of the regional management teams.
Regional Support in Employment Matters
Regional Managers support companies in their regions with employment-related questions and issues.

Companies can also participate in open employment law and employment relations training courses or arrange a company-specific training session through their Regional Manager.
Regional Management Teams
Each Regional management team guides and leads regional company cooperation within the Technology Industries of Finland network.
Regional Management Teams communicate the importance of the technology industry in their regions and advocate for a business environment that supports industry growth and competitiveness. They also contribute to regional efforts to enhance the attractiveness of technology-related careers and industries.
Companies in the region may contact the Secretary of their Regional Management Team to raise issues for discussion and consideration.
