Technology Industries of Finland provides its members with advice, support, materials, training and events related to working life and employment relations matters. Our employment relations advisory service helps members interpret and apply our collective agreements and key employment legislation.

Non-urgent enquiries
Employment counseling form
Through the employment counseling form, an employer’s representative can submit employment-related questions. All questions that require more extensive clarification work or background materials should be submitted via the form.
Using the form, you can also request a more comprehensive consultation meeting, for example in preparation for change negotiations, or in matters related to resolving disagreements and disputes. Under normal circumstances, we respond to queries submitted via the form within three days.

An employer’s representative can call our työsuhdepäivystys or their regional contact in matters requiring immediate assistance. In other situations, we kindly ask that you submit your questions via the form.

Employment Relations Matters Training
Technology Industries of Finland and Technology Employers of Finland organise training sessions and topical briefings on työsuhdeasioista and collective agreements.
We offer both open training courses and company-specific training. Our training programmes are designed for professionals working with työsuhdeasiat, payroll administration and cooperation procedures in member companies, as well as for supervisors, managers and company leadership.
General information sessions on employment-related topics are free of charge for all members. Other employment-related training courses are offered as a paid member service.
Company-Specific Training
We can also tailor training specifically to your company’s needs.
To arrange company-specific training, please contact your region’s Regional Manager or submit your request through the employment counseling form. We will work with you to design a training programme that best supports your organisation.
The fee for company-specific training is determined based on the duration of the training, any materials provided, and any travel expenses incurred.
