Fair and motivating remuneration is a key success factor for companies. A well-functioning and up-to-date salary system forms the foundation of effective compensation.

Objective

After completing the course, participant will understand the salary system provisions according to the collective agreement for salaried employees within the technology industry, as well as how to implement and maintain the fair and motivating compensation.
The participant will also be familiar with different pay and reward methods and how they can be used.

Target group

The course is intended for representatives of both employers and salaried employees in the technology industry who are involved in handling salary system matters or providing training related to them.

It is extremely recommended that both an employer representative and an employee representative (shop steward) attend together. Completion of this course is also a prerequisite for serving as a member of a joint remuneration group of the employer and salaried employees.

Course Fee

The participation fee is €370 + VAT for member companies of Technology Industry Employers of Finland. The fee includes training, course materials, and refreshments as indicated in the programme.
