Working Groups
The board of TIF appoints the working groups and their members for one-year terms. In 2024, there are seven active working groups in TIF: digitalization; innovation and competitiveness; skills; finance; employer policy; sustainability; and low-carbon.

Entrepreneurial Committee
Over 90% of TIF members are small or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Entrepreneurial Committee represents SMEs and owner entrepreneurship. The chair of the Committee is the vice chair of the TIF board, who represents SMEs.
Electoral Committee
The duties of the Electoral Committee are:
- to propose to the autumn general meeting the number of Board members, the candidates for full and deputy Board members to replace members whose term is ending or who are resigning from the Board, as well as an auditor and deputy auditor or auditing firm
- to propose to the autumn general meeting representatives and deputy representatives for the general assembly of the Confederation of Finnish Industries
- to propose to the spring general meeting members of the Electoral Committee to replace members whose term is ending or who have resigned from the Committee
- to propose a chair and deputy chair to the Board and to propose members of the Working Committee
- to propose to the Board members for selection to the board of the TIF Centenary Foundation to replace resigned members, and to replace every third year members whose terms have ended
- to propose to the Electoral Committee of the Confederation of Finnish Industries representatives of TIF for the board, working committee subordinate to the board, and electoral committee of the Confederation of Finnish Industries.
