1. Sustainable development drives business growth
- O: We as a sector invest in responsible and sustainable business practices.
- KR: We will achieve carbon neutrality in our own operations (Scope 1 and 2) and double our carbon handprint by 2030.
2. Improving working life enhances employee attraction and retention
- O: We offer diverse, meaningful work, ensure continuous skills development, and lead the way in improving working life, resulting in employee experience among the best in Finland.
- KR: The sector is the most attractive employer for young professionals.
3. Co-developing practices improves quality
- O: We continuously develop procurement procedures and ways of working together with clients and stakeholders to improve quality and increase customer satisfaction.
- KR: The sector’s reputation is excellent among all stakeholder groups.
4. Fair rules distribute benefits equitably
O: We actively develop sectoral tools, processes, and shared rules so that the value created by design is comprehensively recognized and its benefits are shared fairly across the entire value chain.
KR: The sector’s contract terms and other rules have been updated to match the evolving operating environment and emerging business models.
