Bigatti believes that public transport plays a key role in promoting equality.
– What inspires me about my work is the important role of public transport into social and economic development. It gives people opportunities, says Florencia Bigatti.
The young consultants emphasized their passion for improving the well-being of the environment and society. The finalists are motivated by diverse tasks in their work, self-development, and providing new solutions.
During the summer of 2024, SKOL member companies had the opportunity to nominate talented young summer workers, interns, or thesis workers for the SKOL Young Consultant of the Year 2024 competition. The aim of the competition is to highlight the skills of young people studying in the field, the diversity of the field, and to recognize innovative and talented young professionals.
After the first round of selection, the 10 finalists received presentation training provided by SKOL, and presentation videos were created for the competition’s online voting. In these videos, the young professionals had the opportunity to share their visions for developing the field or enhancing their own skills in the future, as well as discuss the challenges that inspire them.
