Carbon Neutral Circular Economy Forum 2021 15.12. klo 09.00

Ympäristö
Kiertotaloudesta halutaan rakentaa Suomen talouden uusi perusta vuoteen 2035 mennessä. Siirtymä resurssitehokkaaseen ja hiilineutraaliin kiertotalouteen on välttämätöntä, koska ilmastonmuutos, luontokato ja luonnonvarojen ylikulutus muodostavat yhä kasvavan ja tiiviisti toisiinsa kytkeytyvän ongelmavyyhden. Teollisuuden ja teknologian rooli on keskeinen tarvittavien ratkaisujen luojana ja käyttäjänä.

Carbon Neutral Circular Economy Forum 2021

Kestävää kasvua kiertotaloudesta

Teknologiateollisuus järjestää 15.12. klo 9.00 - 11.15 tilaisuuden osana yhteispohjoismaista kiertotaloustyökalujen CIRCit -hanketta.

Aluksi vuorossa on Sari Tasan (TEM) puheenvuoron kansallisesta kiertotalousohjelmasta.

More about the CIRCit project

Circular Economy (CE) is a key strategy for decoupling value creation from resource consumption and carbon footprint, but how is the Nordic Industry taking the lead in this transition? Over the last four years, the CIRCit project supported over 100 Nordic companies to accelerate their transition to a Circular Economy through the development of a number of practical and science-based tools.

CIRCit is a research project supported by the Nordic Green Growth Initiative (a collaboration between NordForsk, Nordic Innovation and Nordic Energy Research), which developed a number of practical tools and workbooks to support the implementation of Circular Economy in the Nordic industry (more information and downloads: www.circitnord.com). Workshop

It is now time to share all the learnings and insights during our final workshop in Finland – and you are our special guest! In this hands-on workshop, you will have the opportunity to be inspired by a number of Nordic circular cases, to network with like-minded people and to get your hands on some of the CIRCit tools, which covered six focus areas: (1) Sustainability Screening; (2) Circular Business Modelling; (3) Circular Product Design; (4) Smart Circular Economy; (5) Closing the Loop; (6) Circular Value Chain.

The workshop is co-organised by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and Technology Industries of Finland (TIF), which led CIRCit in Denmark and Finland, respectively. We look forward to welcoming you at the workshop!
