The Federation of Finnish Technology Industries invited the most successful candidates in its Young Leader contest to think about leadership and ways of stepping up growth. As a publication, Get Inspired and Inspire Others is part of the Young Leaders of Technology Industries programme.
Good leadership is a basic prerequisite for a successful organisation. It lays the groundwork for successful business and well-being at work. The role of a leader is to lead, inspire and create a good working atmosphere. Cooperation, mutual trust and working towards the same goal make even the impossible possible.
