Position on AI Act proposal

TIF calls for putting more emphasis on due process when developing AI systems and more streamlined and principle-driven approach to regulation. Regulation should leave a predictable and clear lot for development of low-risk AI. Better lineation with the GDPR and better use of regulatory sandboxes are needed to fuel innovation in the EU.
